5. MYDIN MALL DIBUKA DI MERU RAYA, IPOH

MYDIN MALL atau Pasaraya Besar Borong MYDIN, sebuah mercu tanda baru di bandar Meru Raya, Ipoh hari ini dibuka dengan rasminya kepada orang ramai. Kompleks membeli belah seluas 791,000 kaki persegi yang menelan belanja sebanyak RM150 juta* menjadi tumpuan orang ramai sejak jam 10.00 pagi tadi yang datang untuk membeli banyak barangan yang dijual dengan harga promosi. Datuk Bandar Ipoh menjadi tetamu istimewa berkunjung pagi tadi sambil meresmikan pelancaran operasi bisnis

Walau pun masih banyak ruang-ruang niaga yang masih belum beroperasi, kedai Habib Jewels yang menawarkan barang-barang kemas emas permata pada harga promosi nampaknya menarik pusuan pengunjung. Berbelanja sakan orang-orang Ipoh nampaknya.

4. SYABAS HOME AT MERU HILLS, IPOH

Buoyed by the success of Syabas Home 1 in Chepor Indah, we scouted around Bandar Meru Raya, the new growth centre for Ipoh City, for  the right premise for Syabas home 2. The opportunity came along early this month when we spotted an impressive beautiful double storey link house (22'x75') in Meru Hills vacant and ready for occupation.

Meru Hills is an exclusive address housing a cluster of around 100 beautiful link houses, semi detached houses and bungalows in a gated community. All houses in Meru Hills are double storey buildings, some just completed, situated near the foothills of Kedang Sayong Forest Reserve along PLUS highway near  Jelapang interchange and in the vicinity of Menora tunnel. It is  a signature project of PARA Development Sdn Bhd, a local developer famed for delivering housing projects on schedule with fascinating designs.

After completing the signing of necessary documents, we set our task embarking on the necessary make over, furnishings and transforming this unit into a proper, comfortable and tastefully decorated homestay.

Hence, the premise with the address: no.29, Laluan Meru 29, Meru Hills, Ipoh as of May 2, 2012 is transformed and now officially known as Syabas Home 2 or specifically Syabas Home Meru Hills.

For the whole month of May 2012, the promotional rate is set at RM280 per day. Occupancy of one week or more will be at RM 240 per day. Maximum number of guest is 12 person per stay.
