Assalamu 'Alaikum,
Lama juga memikirkan apa nak buat dengan rumah banglo yang sebuah ni setelah dibaik pulih dan diberi wajah baru dan dibuat kemasan selepas penyewa menyerahkan semula bangunan.
Hampir dua bulan juga kerja 'facelift'. Setelah siap sempurna, mahu pula rasanya dijadikan rumah tetamu.
Banyak cadangan diterima daripada rakan-rakan untuk memaksimumkan penggunaan dan pulangan.
Akhirnya, cadangan bernas seorang sahabat baik diterima untuk menjadikan rumah banglo comel setingkat ini sebagai SYABAS HOMESTAY 1 'twinning' dengan banglo miliknya yang kebetulan bersebelahan yang telah pun beroperasi sebagai HOMESTAY sejak dua tahun lalu.
Alhamdulillah, sejak beroperasi awal bulan Disember ini sudah ada tetamu-tetamu walau pun promosi belum rancak...
Jika tuan-tuan dan puan-puan berkunjung ke Ipoh, Chemor dan Sungai Siput serta kawasan yang berhampiran dan berhajatkan tempat penginapan selesa untuk seisi keluarga pada harga yang menarik, sudi-sudilah mampir ke SYABAS HOMESTAY... Insyaallah SYABAS HOMESTAY mampu menepati citarasa tuan-tuan dan puan-puan.

Assalamu 'Alaikum,
It took a quite a while to deliberate on what to do with this cosy little single storey bungalow of 1,650 sq ft nudged in a fast growing corridor of Ipoh city called MERU RAYA new township.
When the former tenant surrendered the building after his tenancy back in July this year, my initial plan was to do a make over and make this bungalow my new nest upon my marriage in November.
During the make over process, another single storey bungalow, a couple of blocks away from my father's house was available. I grabbed that vacant bungalow and forfeited my initial idea and decided to stay put in my familiar surrounding and friendly locality.
Several ideas were tossed around then on the best way to maximise the utilisation and return of the building which was earlier supposed to be my new home. Eventually, a good friend's sound suggestion to turn this little cosy bungalow into a homestay was gleefully accepted as it was neighbouring his existing homestay.
Hence, SYABAS HOMESTAY, coined out of this cosy neat four bedrooms bungalow with a large master bedroom and spacious compound, was incorporated to serve the community especially the guests of Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.
