3. THE FACILITIES...

Tucked in a little corner of Bandar Ipoh Raya, the fast growing part of Ipoh city, this single storey bungalow offers a master bedroom and another three bedroom with full furnishings.

The lounge is tastefully furnished with a TV astro ready service with sports channel and kids channel.

The living cum dining area is equipped with six seaters dining table complete with crockery set.

There are two bathrooms available and a dry kitchen area, a wet kitchen area as wellas an open drying area.

It has a very large green area of 3,000 sq ft adjacent to the building suitable for any gathering or function.

All in all, this bungalow should be able to serve the needs of visitors to Ipoh City generously well.

2. MAHER ZAIN PERFORMING IN TOWN...

Picked up this piece of information through streets posters and confirmed by PERAK FM tonight. Indeed Maher Zain will be performing at Perak Stadium in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia tomorrow night at 8.00 pm.

A total of 50,000 tickets for the concert hailed as 'PEOPLES CONCERT' has been distributed FREE by the state government and snapped up by the masses. Not to missed thr grand occasion, the picture of Dato' Seri Dr Zambry Kadir, the Honourable State Chief Minister was prominently displayed alongside the singer. Well I guessed it is a pretty cool idea to bring the famed singer to meet his fans in the state...

The only thing is the stadium management must be creative enough to safely accommodate the whole lot of 50,000 people in a 30,000 capacity stadium.

I am a big fan of Maher Zain and just love his beautiful rendition of 'Insya'allah' and 'Barakallah'... alas I'm still without a ticket.

Do not despair though because closed circuit TVs will be installed outside the stadium.

Syabas Homestay is just about 15 Km away from the Perak Stadium via PLUS or North South Highway.

Well folks, come one come all, come and see this concert and enjoy the eloquent voice of Maher Zain entertaining the crowd with his range of melodious and famed songs tomorrow night...

1. SALAM PENGENALAN / GREETINGS

Assalamu 'Alaikum,

Lama juga memikirkan apa nak buat dengan rumah banglo yang sebuah ni setelah dibaik pulih dan diberi wajah baru dan dibuat kemasan selepas penyewa menyerahkan semula bangunan.

Hampir dua bulan juga kerja 'facelift'. Setelah siap sempurna, mahu pula rasanya dijadikan rumah tetamu.

Banyak cadangan diterima daripada rakan-rakan untuk memaksimumkan penggunaan dan pulangan.

Akhirnya,  cadangan bernas seorang sahabat baik diterima untuk menjadikan rumah banglo comel setingkat ini sebagai SYABAS HOMESTAY 1 'twinning' dengan banglo miliknya yang kebetulan bersebelahan yang telah pun beroperasi sebagai HOMESTAY sejak dua tahun lalu.

Alhamdulillah, sejak beroperasi awal bulan Disember ini sudah ada tetamu-tetamu walau pun promosi belum rancak...

Jika tuan-tuan dan puan-puan berkunjung ke Ipoh, Chemor dan Sungai Siput serta kawasan yang berhampiran dan berhajatkan tempat penginapan selesa untuk seisi keluarga pada harga yang menarik, sudi-sudilah mampir ke SYABAS HOMESTAY... GREETINGS

Assalamu 'Alaikum,

It took  a quite a while to deliberate on what to do with this cosy little single storey bungalow of 1,650 sq ft nudged in a fast growing corridor of Ipoh city called MERU RAYA new township.

When the former tenant surrendered the building after his tenancy back in July this year, my initial plan was to do a make over and make this bungalow my new nest upon my marriage in November.

During the make over process, another single storey bungalow, a couple of blocks away from my father's house was available. I grabbed that vacant bungalow and forfeited my initial idea and decided to stay put in my familiar surrounding and friendly locality.

Several ideas were tossed around then on the best way to maximise the utilisation and return of the building which was earlier supposed to be my new home. Eventually, a good friend's sound suggestion to turn this little cosy bungalow into a homestay was gleefully accepted as it was neighbouring his existing homestay.

Hence, SYABAS HOMESTAY, coined out of this cosy neat four bedrooms bungalow with a large master bedroom and spacious compound, was incorporated to serve the community especially the guests of Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.
